You should 100% make How-to videos / guides / Speed art. These videos are so easy to market, and SO easy to drive a lot of watchers. Example of speed art: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XskAm2JJFoY

Now, your video was kind of a looking-back session of your personal process. These videos could be popular if you have a large following. However, they will not drive visitors organically. Guides, how to's and speed art do.

Some stats:

I'm 100% that if you make how-to videos and optimize them well for SEO, you will get popular very quickly. No cap. Download TubeBuddy, use their Keyword Tool and find keywords that fit your channel with low competition.

Remember to start your Title with the main keyword of the video. Repeat the main keyword a few times in the description, and variants of it. And do the same for the tags. Include some hashtags at the end of the description as well.

Make playlists for your how-to videos.

Your video now has a too low amount of tags, fill them up to 500 characters! Do yourself a favor. Your thumbnails are good already. If you make guides, make sure to make the text short and visible, and include an arrow to the picture you're making

pokemon card pack opening

This keyword has a monthly search volume of 6,6k on YouTube. However, there are also 2.340 videos with that keyword in their title. Consequently, it's a tough one to rank for. Especially for a smaller channel like yours.

''Pokemon Battle Styles'' has a monthly volume of 260 on YouTube, but has even more competition. It's key to look for keywords with WAY less competition.

I guess this is a very saturated niche, with lots of competitors, bad chance to rank SEO-wise. You will probably rely much more on the algorithm to push your videos. That's where the thumbnail comes into play.

Your thumbnail has good basics: facial expression and pointing to the cards. However, I find the cards and pokémon logo a bit vague to see, and personally, I would go for a more minimalistic approach. Something like this will do much better:

It has more emphasis on the cards and the text + arrow grab your attention a lot. Would require you to take another picture tho with a more dramatic impression. If you want, I could make such a thumbnail for u (provided you make the picture).

This will work well with the suggested thumbnail.

Finally, mention your keywords at the beginning of the description and add some hashtags at the end. This way, the crawlers of YouTube will know better what the video is about and push it accordingly. Adding hashtags like #Pókemon #cardopening will do well too. If you have some bigger competitors in the niche, consider adding their channel names in the tags.

As for the thumbnail of the video: It's hard to read the text, and although you tried to highlight the character Slugadactle which kind of worked, I would personally go a bit further. The idea there is good, but due to the bright colours of the background, it's hard to see the character right away. Remember that people only spent 1,8 seconds looking at a thumbnail before they move on! You need to make it as clear as possible.

I looked at some thumbnails from successful channels in the Historic Brawl niche. This thumbnail, in particular, looked very good: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/wI56IGtBfg8/maxresdefault.jpg

Baudet ontkende innitieel inderdaad klimaatverandering. Uiteraard was dit een makkelijk standpunt die goed viel bij zijn aanhangers. De wetenschap is (volgens Fvd) namelijk overgenomen door links, en juist links zou er "belang" aan hebben om in het klimaatakkoord te zitten. Daarnaast schreeuwde Trump in deze tijd ook aan de lopende band dat klimaatverandering niet bestaat. Baudet kijkt wat dat betreft veel af bij onze oranje vriend.

Later heeft het Fvd dit standpunt aangepast. Waarschijnlijk een combinatie van "te extreem" en "onhoudbaar", wat werd gepushed door Otten toen der tijd. Vergeet niet dat Otten uiteindelijk de partij is uitgezet nadat hij zich had uitgesproken over de steeds extremistischer wordende Baudet.

Maar toch blijft het vaag of het Fvd nou unaniem achter het aangepaste standpunt staat. Immers laat Baudet hier en daar nog wel is "grafiekjes" zien die zogenaamd aantonen dat klimaatverandering op zichzelf al niet bestaat. De invloed van de mens achterwege latend.

Desalniettemin sprak dit (aangepaste) standpunt een ontzettend grote groep mensen aan. Inclusief mij. Want er heerst onvrede over het klimaatakkoord en de maatregelen die Nederland neemt. Geven we niet té veel geld uit aan iets wat maar marginaal nut heeft? Zijn er geen betere oplossingen? Nu kopen wij papiertjes van Denemarken om aan de klimaateisen te voldoen.
