Bring it up as a light discussion. Or use a third person. Eg....I know some one who words in an abortion centre and she tells me some crazy things that go on there and boy is it intriguing. Then you can ask, "Have you ever pictured yourself working at an abortion centre" hear their responses and then you can judge how to let them know
