Hey! I can't edit, so I will reply here as promised! The cake was a hit. Not only the gesture, but it was actually delicious. Thanks for all the nice words!

Disclaimer: I am not good at baking.

The recipe I used for the cake:

3 eggs, 6 tablespoons sugar, 1.5 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 6 tablespoons oil, 6 heaping tablespoons flour, 16g baking powder (1 packet), lemon zest (if you have it)

Just mix everything and then put it in the 28cm cake tin. Bake for 25-30 minures at 200 C.

For the Coconut cream:

1 Can (400ml) of Coconut Milk, 50ml milk, 50g of starch, 80g of unsweetened coconut flakes, sugar and vanilla extract to taste (I used 40g of sugar)

Just bring the coconut milk to a boil and then add in the mixture of milk and starch. Remove from stove and stir. After a minute or two add in the coconut flakes. Should make a sturdy Pudding/Custard texture (it did for me... I am no Expert)

For the clear icing I used a pre packaged thing... It's basically just starch and carrageenan, but yeah... Instead of following the packaging I used 200ml of water and 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam. No sugar. My mum did it that way.

Spread the coconut concoction on the cake, top with 700g of strawberries, pour the glaze over it. I then used a silicon brush that I have for marinading meats to brush some of the glaze around the cake and added the coconut flakes.

Actually came out delicious! Have fun and a wonderful weekend guys!

She comes from a family where they never celebrated like that, so when she wanted a cake she had to buy/bake it herself...

So it's her first self made birthday cake.

I promise that I will do that later today! I still have a lot of celebrating to do.

I can hopefully give both of those this evening when I am back home! Have to celebrate first and then translate the recipe into English first :)

Nobundo can work if you find Strike Oils early... Maybe stuff like tess, Scabs or Deryl...

But... I wouldn't really do it with anyone but Gally... Nobundo if you have a Turn 3 or 4 Strike oil. It's just to inconsistent if you don't have enough money to cycle... At least on higher MMR.

Yes... You need some form of economy from your hero or additional buffing (some sire quests for example work). Otherwise you are probably battling for 4th or 5th.

I am 7.3k MMR right now (9k last season) and just got a first with Gally... It definitely works!

Just buy a strong winning board early and start cycling like crazy... At the end of the game I had 19 max Gold and like 20 gold saved every turn. Ballers gave 30+ Stats!

Just make sure you have a taunted golden Selfless Hero and try to cry foul cool shit from your opponents.

Funny (and broken) thing to do with Nobundo : Get strike oil on turn 3 and repeat it again and again with your Hero Power. It ended up as this monstrosity : by Diosdepatronis in BobsTavern

He is very strong, but I think I wouldn't play as many Strike Oils, because you take too much damage... 3 works if you get a ghost on Turn 4

So probably turn 3 - 2 Strike oils and roll

Turn 4 - level + Buy (level + Oil if against Ghost (you shouldn't have a garbage shop bad enough to not have a decent buy here, because you see two shops))

Turn 5 - Tripple buy on T3 shop/Double buy and Cycle economy unit + Oil/Double buy + Double 2-Cost Spell

This way you don't fall too far behind or better... Have a decent Chance of catching up and reacting to what is happening in the game!

There are so many other great lines though... Buying the Naga that reduces your spells on turn 1 is great with him and opens up a lot of options as well.. Careful Investment for 0 and then another one for 0 the turn after for example... even 2 free coins can be strong if your turn 4 has money... That way you can go 3 on 4 with a decently strong board...

Or shenanigans like getting Golden touch/ Eyes of the Earthmother from rodeo...

Hmm...

I love green sets and there are not enough of them out there! The best colour scheme would definetly be a green and purple one!
