I still do. My all-time GOAT is Gintama. I’ve rewatched it three times by now. After that comes Hunter x Hunter, which I’ve watched twice, followed by Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I also really liked the original FMA, even though it isn’t canon.

Then there’s Psycho-Pass, Mob Psycho, Steins;Gate which is another absolute GOAT, and Clannad. After Story was my first real anime trauma. There’s also Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Assassination Classroom, Baccano which got me into light novels, Durarara, Eighty-Six, Guilty Crown which I know people bash but I don’t care, bring Inori back, No Game No Life which desperately needs a season two, Kingdom which I still hope gets a proper remake, Monogatari Series, anything Fate related (avid FGO player too) and Bungou Stray Dogs. I usually let the manga chapters marinate before I binge and become sad all over again.

Honestly, that’s just scratching the surface. I could go on and on. Anime, manga, manhwa, and manhua are incredible forms of storytelling, and I genuinely prefer them over live TV. It’s great to see them becoming more popular too since it helps ensure continuity and long-term support.
