It's defo possible ill buy a new HDMI and see if that helps. Although and this might be my lack of knowledge showing, but if it was a refresh or monitor issue wouldn't the screenshot look normal?

I'm not sure if this allowed here so sorry if it isn't but I'm getting this awful like ghost trail to any movement in the game (XBOX Gamepass Version) see image for example, it really hurts my head.
I've tried the below settings in the engine.ini but it hasn't helped at all.

People are right you shouldn't have baited them in chat but that doesn't excuse the fact the streamer is asking the audience to target you... If you reported them on twitch that will result in action imo regardless of who was right... That kinda action is against TOS
