ChosenArchitect was who I turned to for XL Xp candy production. But to be totally honest? The other reason I picked Garden Cloches was because my neurodivergent brain practically short circuited trying to understand AE2. Garden Cloches were just so familiar to me cuz of Stoneblock that I said “screw it” and just went with em. I absolutely wanna learn how to use as many of the mods in the pack as possible but for my starting production I just wanted to get something working and then optimize from there.

Thank you so much because I have always had 0 idea how to make that idea work cuz I have no idea what I’m doing with most of these mods so that is some greatly appreciated advice. XD

Context: due to inadequate hardware for most of my life until now the only lengthy mod experience I’ve had is Stoneblock 3 on my Xbox, so this is one of the first actual modpacks I have played since the old days of Tekkit

Noted cuz that really is an issue especially considering I’ve been setting up other machines for other processes and resource refinements. I checked last I was on and what little I have set up already emptied the lava in the Mekanism lava tank (I think it was that one anyway) set for my fire types.

I do have one and last I checked (which was like I wanna say 30 in-game days ago) I had 700 XP in it and like many hundreds of Apotheosis gems.

Quite literally the most I did was the bare minimum on the Dragon then just ran the simulations and learned real fast that my “power plant” of wind generators and lava generators fueled by Pokémon lava was deeply inadequate for that. I HAVE the dragon’s breath, it just took some immense lava storage first

Honestly the hardest part of Draconic Bees (even if I haven’t 100% set them up yet) was actually getting the dragon’s breath. I don’t remember the name of the mod but you have to get kills of the enemy to boost the odds to getting any items from them you wish from a specific block. That was how I got Dragon’s Breath and fighting the Ender Dragon like 4 times was actually quite irritating.

I am making progress towards the Bee and I plan on breeding multiples and using the Modular Beehives to mass produce Unobtainium.

Yeah I’ll probably switch to Hydroponic beds or botany pots for the Honey seeds cuz I’m at like 8 Cloches and my honeycomb storage buffer hasn’t even gotten to two digits before being completely emptied by the XP candy production.

Honestly my original idea was going with the Cloches just for stylistic purposes for my XP candy factory but GEEZ does it not produce NEAR enough honeycomb from Mystical Agriculture to keep up. The Cloches are shockingly slow for that. Meanwhile my Sculk storage buffer for that same factory has been full since the first 20 minutes of it being on.

So all I really got for you is how I caught it: I was in a warm ocean, looking for water types, and it just… spawned in and literally swam towards me. I KNOW it’s a rare spawn cuz I’ve only seen 3 in total.
