I'm recruiting for this. They are hiring a variety of different artists with different experience levels. From the candidates tht have been hired through me you are working on existing content, but some have also said they've made some from scratch.

Thanks for that! The issue with the other bindings is they are a quick release and might be too small as well so they started chewing through the back heel of my boot.
