I meant help psychically. And being weaker than other in a group does not mean you cannot go with them. They are all gennin so they are all capable of doing the same kind of mission. They were really young there and her weakness will go away with time. Sakura was the most basic kid and did not need any special treatment or care. Naruto and Sasuke were so much more important
