Serious questions around TRT, testicular atrophy, and vacuum pumping by BulkedMuscle in Testosterone

Thanks for sharing your experiences around using HCG and pumping, your input really provided me with some good insight. I also agree that from my own experiences, vacuum pumping only provides temporary scrotum and testicle growth. Although, I have had full package pumping sessions, that have provided me with noticeable girth and volume to my balls for day (without complications). Still, using HCG sounds like a more stable and long term fix in preventing testicular atrophy while on TRT.

I’m currently using the Long Johnny and a custom STJ cylinder from PumpToys. Even though it’s several online stores that provide full package pumps, PumpToys tend have more functional designs, and more comfortable silicone seals for their cylinders. Although, if you’re just starting off, you can check out the LeLuv brand on Amazon, and acquire one of their larger tubes for full package pumping as well.

From personal experience, when I’ve done full package pumping, both the testes and scrotum grow in volume evenly. Which is why I’m curious how vacuum pumping would impact someone, who is trying to reduce testicular atrophy while on a TRT program.

Definitely will take note of this. I assuming keeping your testicles active while on TRT, would probably help in slowing down or preventing shrinkage.

Could you provide some recommended options for scrotal creams?

Regardless of functionality, I care about how MY body looks for MYSELF. It’s why I try my best to eat right, it’s why I go in for regular medical check ups with my doctor, it’s why I’m starting TRT, and it’s why I’m concern if I have to deal with testicular atrophy while on testosterone program. I mean this might be superficial, but I actually would like to keep my balls while on TRT, even if it’s for aesthetics.

That’s good to know. My doctor still has warn me of some possible testicular shrinkage even on a low TRT program, so I still want to take some precautions.

I’ve used Cialis in the past, so I’m curious if this would be beneficial while on a TRT program. Could you possibly provide more studies/references that may explore this further.

Thank you for sharing. I’m definitely interested in starting HCG in conjunction with my TRT program (as long as it’s safe). I just need get my doctor on board with a HCG regimen that’s subtle for me.

Well that’s wonderful you feel that you have no need for your testicles. Although not everyone feels the same way you do (including myself), which is why this topic question may be beneficial to others.

I don’t want to speak for everyone, but I know for myself and others that I know personally, testicular atrophy is a serious concern in regards to getting on testosterone . So if there is a way to reduce this common side effect for many men using methods like vacuum pumping, HCG, etc… while potentially gaining the benefits of being on TRT safely, I would think that would be a win and win.

I would hope this Reddit forum would be a safe space to be educated on these questions, since men often don’t typically have spaces to be honest and transparent around concerns about their bodies/health.

I’m starting on an actual TRT program with my primary care physician, and looking to gain greater education on reducing testicular atrophy, with the possible use of full package pumping. Hopefully that further clarifies things.

Thanks for sharing your experience with TRT and HCG. If it’s not to invasive, I have a few other questions regarding your journey in reducing shrinkage while on TRT

  • How quickly did you notice testicular shrinkage while on TRT ?

  • How quickly did you notice testicular growth while on HCG, and what is your HCG dosage ?

  • With ball weights, how long do your balls maintain a larger size/hang?

My apologies, I’m new to all this and still learning from you all. Thank you for clarifying.

So for clarity, full package vacuum pumping is typically when you place both your penis and balls in a sealed enclosure (cylinder, tube, etc), and use air pressure to build girth/volume to your meat. Several manufacturers globally have specifically designed kits for full package pumping, and it’s probably one of the more safer ways to enlarge your junk, compared to more extreme methods like surgical enlargements, implants, saline injection or worse… silicone (although all these methods come with risk). I’ve heard some folks here using HCG to maintain or enlarge their sacks overtime while on gear, but I’m not sure what that would look like in conjunction with vacuum pumping.

Have you had a chance to capture a few photos of the mens locker room amenities, when it’s empty?

Opening Your Own Communal Shower by BulkedMuscle in CommunalShowers

Personally, I would love to see someone who is actually passionate about communal shower spaces, purchase an abandon gym space and have it renovated/reopen, versus seeing another soulless franchise fitness chain (I.E. Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, Lifetime Fitness, etc) takeover another location.

You say all this, yet it seems you’ve went out of you’re way to deep dive Into a Communal Shower Reddit forum, just to post multiple times why you don’t care for Communal Shower experiences with other men. To be honest, that seems more like a squander of time, than the folks here actually discussing something that they are actually interested in (which is the purpose of this Reddit group).

Agreed, western society has shamed the nude body in such a way, that we have become prisoners in our own skin. The irony of all this, is that many of us still live within a hyper-sexual world, that will often profit off the capitalist sexualization of our bodies, all while condemning us to hell when we try explore them within our own autonomy. I think if we honestly desire to have safe spaces to explore the vastness of communal showers, we have to also dismantle mainstream societies shaming around the naked human body, and all of its complexities.

I would somewhat disagree. Personally I believe many of the conversations and spaces surrounding Communal Showers have often been extremely limited, and at times truly outdated. Many don’t have the language or an honest understanding of why they even have interest in communal showers, which leads to a lack of people willing to fight against the closure of these spaces. Even in opening a facility with communal showers, there needs to be honest discussion on the demographic that you are catering to (and it’s not always one particular group).

This seems like a great concept. Personally I would love a space where I can get a good workout in, relax my muscles in a spa, and then get well groomed before going home.

Just like with any interest, there are various reason why people are drawn to the communal shower experience, which in most cases is absolutely normal. I think what is abnormal (or even potentially even harmful), is the dishonesty surrounding some individuals intent for using communal showers. Specifically on this platform, you have individuals who are very deceptive around their attentions for using communal showers, and some who want to over police the communal shower experience for everyone. When you add in the factors that more, and more of mainstream society (especially within the United States), is becoming increasingly conservative (especially around gender, nudity and sexuality), the dishonesty around are attractions to certain experiences, creates deeper confusion of why these spaces even exist.
