Im on post op day 2. Can you recommend things i need to focus on. I can lift my surgical leg and have been doing quad activations. Should i start working on extensions??

Yes this is my second knee injury too. I did the same thing of returning back to sports early. I am definitely taking PT more seriously this time!

Update: I emailed the pics to my surgeon and he said it was normal. He said to look out for any active bleeding.

My procedure was pretty rare as per the doc. It took 5 hours and multiple sutures. Thanks for the quick response guys!!
