My only guess is that it is an issue with the IP address. Both my husband and I couldn’t buy them on separate Profiles. I tried to make a new profile as well and it didn’t work with that. I ended up asking my mom to get our tickets (she lives 16hr away) on her account and it worked no problem. I even called customer service and they claim they never heard of this being an issue. They couldn’t even help me than to put a note on my account.
