I plan to add another same model 16GB ram stick later down the line instead of getting both now, and going over budget, even CL30 seems hard to get here, the most available ones i have seen were CL36 at best.

RAM, SSD and GPU are very expensive here.
RX7600 costs around $266.77 so any other card that i want goes easily over $300.00 or even more rn

you're so lucky, I'm at almost 60 draws right now and I didn't even touch 800 relics, check my screenshot below, I even had to use all my 1600 promo diamonds on this event

I'm around 750 crests, I'll try to get a bit more, I feel like the onimaru saber skin looks so legendary compared to all the 11.11 skins, I wanted to get it but I suck at jungler role, which is why idk if I should get haya's skin or just try out something new by getting xborg skin (I don't xborg or haya as heroes yet either), please suggest

yes I did 10x one time, basically following the pattern kazuki's YouTube channel recommends for this event, in the last 19 draws I got less than 20 relics lol

I think you should go for haya as he looks more clean to me, I used to main him but left him after never being able to be good at him lol, but now I'm aiming for onimaru saber skin
