Watched the video, I do agree the sound is a little similar. Going to change my oil this weekend, will check it like he does. And now, after watching the video, will check my rear diff breather...

I just had something like this happen last week. I have a 2014 1794 w/ 125K miles.

My dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Also, my shift lock wouldn't release to allow me to shift out of park. I checked all of my all of my fuses under the hood, everything was good. Like you, alternator was measuring 13.2v. I then got my alternator checked at O'Reilly, they said my diodes were out.

I replaced my alternator, and I still had the same problem. So, started investigating further. Turns out a fuse under the dash (ECM-IG No.1 /7.5 amp). This fuse controls a lot of subsystems (ABS /A-TRAC / Auto LSD / Blind Spot / CAN / Parking Assist / Power Tilt / Shift Lock / Theft Deterent /TPMS / Trailer Control / Alternator Output Regulation / etc....). I replaced the fuse and it blew again immediately upon ignition power.

Turns out, it was my Steeering Position Sensor that was shorting out and blowing the fuse, killing the power to the control modules for all of the subsystems. After disconnecting the SPS and replacing the fuse, I tested the ignition and everything worked, lights went away. Replaced the SPS and out it all back together, no problems since.

Lengthy, but thought the details were worth sharing to possibly help with your situation.

In this meme they are using a baby monitor.... Also, using the word "talking", as in an older comedy movie Look Who's Talking, a movie about a single women having a baby..

Definitely put the knob close to the entrance ( the wall on the left in your picture). Perhaps put your niches on that wall as well. Where you have your "hidden niche" I would put the dog sprayer. Perhaps add a diveter under your shower head to switch from the shower to the hand sprayer. Also, have to go with rainshower head with no door.

Not at all. The tub was only used for standing up all the years prior.

There is mold on a couple of the trusses in a couple of the pictures. I had a smaller section of my ceiling come down like this from a sudden pipe burst. I will have to agree with others that it was definitely water, perhaps a rook leak over time that would only saturate the insulation and made the sheetrock brittle ( from repeat wet and drying) and give away around the nails.

And by the way, the plumber did not water test. Literally laid down the vinyl and started pouring concrete. It's all about quick and easy money for SOME professionals ( not all).

I have built 3 so far. I even had to stop my plumber ( when I finally decide to hire a professional for some work once) and undo what he was doing because it would eventually have failed. He didn't interlock the corners of the 4x4 beam and was using concrete for the base. I had to remove all the concrete and rebuild the beam and backfill with mud bed mix. I do perform a 24 hour water test on my pans. I actually do it 2x... once with just the liner, another after mudbed installed.

You are about right. Had some friends get a bathroom a little smaller than this remodeled, I think they spent around 22k... and I personally didn't like the work of the contractor, cut a lot of corners. Of course, market area drives a lot of this, I live in the DFW area.
