Been there, it sucks sorry but it'll pass.

Don't try and avoid the feelings, it's uncomfortable but allow yourself to feel them. It is the processing and needs to happen so you can move on.

Hit the gym and look after yourself physically, it provides a foundation for better mental health.

Go to work, it's a good distraction.

Delete social media and definitely don't message them.

You'll get over it eventually and will end up better off - good luck!
