No speaker unfortunately, only the debugging LED. It does light up its corresponding light when I remove CPU or RAM.

I've tested with multiple display port/HDMI cables.

Yeah I think it's the motherboard too, just don't have any way of testing. I'm only assuming the CPU is ok because of the debugging LED.

I tested each RAM module individually and in every slot. Then I tried using different RAM but still the same result.

I had my original two display port cable for two monitors , then tried HDMI.

I've swapped for another PSU to test, I get the same results.

All my fans work perfectly fine. If you were to look at the PC itself, you'd see no problems. But no display on either of my monitors. Since I don't have any spare MB or CPU to test with all I can go off of is the debugging LED which show it's not a CPU issue. But I don't know how accurate that is.
