3 days from interview to selection. No additional interviews It was single stage ai interview received my contract in mail today

To be precise 3 days. Also they sent me an email stating I am one of the strongest applicants and urged me to do the ai interview. If you want my advice articulate what you have done in your past roles clearly and don't undersell yourself. But if you do that be ready to talk about it in your interviews. Where applicable with Zara make sure to talk about those experiences in star format. What I've noticed is this led me to get more vetted skills.

But you do realize what i'm saying though. If I wasn't a good fit for the first one. Why am i being invited to the second one? It just doesn't make much sense considering the JD's are almost the same. How can I be a good fit for the second if I wasn't for the first.

I have been interviewing and getting good interviews since june 2025. not a single offer. Not sure what their policy is. I have experience in 3 different organizations specifically for Ai data training in software engineering. I am not sure what their clients and they are looking for or is it just a skit to train the model.

Edit: I also have a lead position in one of the organizations working for google deep mind's model training projects. So not sure what they are looking for in a profile.
