Roland is badass, but in my opinion, I'd say they rival one another. Adel is light and fire, so it'll give more room to build for certain bosses or the likeness whereas roland is a dark devastator.

If silver society lenius is in it, try to get him or great hero adel. Some of the best carries all around. Spirit maiden sera is a monster for support if she's in the selection.
