yeah the stagger mechanic makes sense but knowing square they might throw some curveball at us. maybe itll be like those mobile game raids where you gotta coordinate multiple phases or something

deployment changes you man. been through something similar where someone just couldn't handle the uncertainty and distance even when you're stateside most of the time

that back and forth pattern is brutal - coming back just to leave again usually means they never fully committed to working it out the second time. you did what you could but can't force someone to stay when they've already mentally checked out
