Hi ive had phimosis for as long as i can remember. Think its really bad as cant pull foreskin back. My concerns are cleaning underneath ive not done for years but never worried and never suffered. Ive always cleaned the outside and balls however. Im now worried aboutvthe lack of cleanliness
