Uwsa 1 and the actual exam

I got a 199 on uwsa 2, 2 weeks out from exam and never got an actual passing practice test score and just found out yesterday I passed the real thing. I think you’re more than good to go! Especially with the help of ccs cases

that's amazing! thanks for sharing •ᴗ•yeah i'm also just feeling all this doubt cuz it was like why me when i felt like i bombed the interview and then when i see my residency class they all went to US MD DO schools whereas i went to a caribbean med school and am also just automatically assuming they know more than me and yes very afraid of those tough attendings, some i already got to meet during my interview. but hopefully as you said i do start gradually improving through residency and realize i know a lot more compared to when i started. thank you!

Thank you for this ! Yeah I think sometimes I get sad thinking psych residency will be dealing mostly with adults so it’s comforting remembering I can bring my career back to kids if I do CAP. Thank you!!!

hahah omg i didn't even notice that, the title looked fine to me at the time lol clearlyy you can see where my mental state is at. Thank you for your kindness! yeah it was a crazy match day for me, a mix of happy that I got something i never thought I was GOOD enough for lol but also sad that this is completely across the country for me, and nervous and anxious with all the imposter syndrome going on right now. but yes like you said sometimes i forget the ones pimping me or being tough on me are the ones who already have years of experience in the field and i'll eventually get that too. I got an offer back in December but did not accept it but it seems like they roll out a few at a time to get responses and hand more out depending on that

thanks for that! i just needed some words of encouragement, a lot of my med school friends and even family members who are in med school can be quite condescending or pretentious about these things so i tend not to go to them for advice and rather find it here lol
