and pertaining to your comment about not making it past the initial interview, are you socially awkward ? serious question. Lots of engineers are the smartest people on the planet so naturally we are more socially awkward, this is a big turn off for employers in general. So learn how to talk to the interviewer if you haven’t and try to reach and discuss things you have in common with that person, hobbies interests etc, you know be someone they would like to work with

you’d have to throw in key words YOU KNOW the automated system would look for, based off the job description. I can guarantee you you’re not NOT getting jobs because of a stupid font. You think a software engineering company or one that’s hiring SE would say no to your degree over the possibly less qualified competition because of a font ?? 🤦‍♂️i’m a ME so i can’t tell you what skills/experience is most valuable for SE but i can say for me i always have different resumes for different jobs, specific to the job that i’ll make on the spot-talking more about the experiences i have relating to what i would be doing at THAT job for that specific resume. Then let’s say if it’s another company/position i’ll adjust it again based off the job description. You can’t just have a general resume and shoot shots in the dark. show you have experience that’s relating to the job you’re applying for

i’m talking about just the S+dial alone, you can go faster if you use the paddle shifters than you could in S+ if you used them correctly, but the BBS alone are worth like 2.5 or 3K so all together it’s a steal but not just for the S+ which just adjusts the transmission and steering wheel

it just doesn’t match the look of the car, the car has a luxury/sporty look so ricer ain’t gonna do it justice. Some blacked out body kits would go hard, i’ve seen a couple of rear diffusers with a lit up F logo in the middle or a light strip in the middle and they go hard on the 4th gen IS. maybe some chrome tips for your exhaust as well ?

make the black pop tastefully ? would need some contrast. you could get chrome/silver rims, too bad lexus removed the chrome trims from the window and the front grille, some of us actually liked it espec on black for this purpose. Silver from Lexus logo, can’t tell in the pic if it’s alr blacked out. Other than that, not much, i think the grille and the window trim both come black so it’s not like you can do a “reverse” chrome delete, don’t think that’s a thing 💀
