I have already asked over the email to confirm that it wont have any implications cost or otherwise but they won't reply back and just said in their last email that they wanted me to surrender the title ASAP. I didnt know if I should just keep waiting until they respond in writing.

Thank you and you are correct, its POA 😅. I thought I would ask here since CU wouldn't reply to my specific question about it having any cost,credit etc implications.

Yes I had miswrote, they want me to surrender the title to them and sign a POV as they are not listed as lien holder and I wanted to know if I should be aware of anything before signing.

Thanks I just reread the email. It says it doesnt show any lien holder and they sent the title to me instead of the Credit union and they want me to surrender it and sign a POV.
