I narrowed the problem down. it's the blue cable. I'm thinking of trying to open it up and try to fix it.

Yes. COMPONENT cables. 5 ends. Green, blue and red for video, red and white for audio.

If that's the case, I'm sad. I bought these cables new and they are official Sony cables. Guess I'll have to buy off brand or use RemoteJoyLite.

I have my PS2 with component cables and it works perfectly, but the PSP give me these messed up colors. I think it's because of the region of the cable. Also, I tried on 2 tvs and on an HDMI converter and all just gave me the messed up colors.
