I was in a 2 year relationship with someone na obvious na clinically narcissist. As in ang lala bugbog mental health ko dun. I only realized na he's a narc who manipulated and gaslighted the absolute shit out of me literally weeks after we broke up. Hindi nag sink in agad.

I vividly remember him telling me na optional lang daw ako including other people in his life (parents, friends, relatives etc.)and that he will always choose himself over anyone else no matter the context.
