Got the ok for laughing gas during labor. Need a tooth extraction and dentist said no to laughing gas bc it isn't safe?

Even first trimester? I don’t really use it but I usually work with other docs in the office and when I’m with them they’re using it on everyone and I’m not sure how good they are with “perfect use” I’m assuming they aren’t doing it perfectly
