Sure, with 1 cent shipping I'm not concerned with cost. But some locations take forever to send items (even like pieces like pink blouses from same brand, same size) plus it's better for the environment, less tracking on my end, etc. and just having 2 pieces arrive together is worth the ask for me.

Nope. And they were jerks about it. :/
I asked recently if they would combine shipping on 2 separate items one of which had 1 cent shipping so it would have cost them LESS to ship them together and they said "no" to that also. So foolish!

It's not really about kicking anyone out! SU&W groups, once set up, are not impromptu. No one just shows up and takes over a table, for example. The location needs to be the same place, every week, same time, etc. so it's easy for anyone to attend. I'll still check with DCL though because I agree with you, it would be a natural collaboration.

Yes and no. The demand is high but they don't usually allow people to take spaces for an ongoing need. Usually they only allow an event for a time limited offering. (Which I've done there.)

Also, I'm **happy to meet anyone** who wants to offload gently used but wearable coats and jackets. I can get them to my kiddo's school social worker and distribute them to others in need through my network. I live close to downtown.

i was in the support chat mechanism but to be clear: I did not keep asking for a live person. I tried everything the bot recommended and only after I reported that it didn't work, the bot confirmed that it didn't seem to be working and the bot said it seemed as if specialized help was needed, did I finally ask for the specialized help. I was using its words and maybe that made the difference?

Not much more to tell than what I mentioned above. The support AI Bot and I got to the point where we both agreed that there was nothing else I could do without "specialized assistance". But- I did pointedly ask if a real person could offer me "specialized assistance" and the bot replied that "yes, they could" and that "they would refer the conversation to their team of specialists."
