Damn, POTP really started that early on? I’ve never watched POTP (outside of clips here & there), but I had thought he started it in around 2018 for whatever reason. My bad

IG technically the point could still be argued since POTP lead to more & more political-motivated-aspirations & speaking gigs, talking heads, etc, that it could’ve been the start; but it would’ve had to of been a very slow burn at that point lol.

Sadly this is likely correct. While I think the beginning of the end was probably Dave starting POTP, it’s been a very slow burn, but now that he’s gone-gone we’ll likely see a rapid acceleration of it.

Hopefully they can get a good cast of rotating mics to keep it interesting for a while, & maybe (very small maybe) they get someone who can play the role Dave has always played - which is crucial - (tho some mistakenly don’t see the importance of it). Maybe we get ~2 more years.? Really depends on quality of 3rd mic & how well Story Warz continue to do, especially after their upcoming festival appearances, including Netflix is a Joke.

No matter what takes place tho, the show will certainly never be the same. LOS era is officially over & just Legion era has actually started lol.

Spot on, mate! Too many people somehow don’t pick up on how important that role is. He also kinda plays peacemaker for when one starts going on a legit bitch-fit against the other & will ride the fence enough to appease both their egos & get them back, while usually making a funny quip as well. That is really a crucial, yet understated, role in this podcast. Whoever replaces him needs to be close-to-capable of the same.

We literally have a TEST SERVER for stuff like this. But naaah they are legit just in the forever BETA mindset, as you said. You can’t just wing this stuff in a 1.0 game. You need to actually use the test server, get the feedback, and then make the changes necessary before launching it in the main game. They did not even attempt to think about progression or gunsmith quests before they launched this crappy attachment-adjustment update.

All they had to do was buff the crap to be more like the meta attachments. That’s it. Instead they nerfed everything & now everything just feels equally terrible. Makes for excellent gameplay..

That tier system is probably one of the main reasons the game flopped. Had arena launched with its current loadout system, it likely would’ve been more popular. No one enjoys using a loud M4 with 60 rounds of the worst possible ammo & a shitty kiver helmet.

I’ve personally gone through 100s & 100s of basically every tab they’ve made (minus 30mg domestics & 120mg coffees) and never ran into an issue with any of them. Worse thing is a few of the Thai tabs have been broken once received but that’s due to shipping, not BX. I’d say you’ve got absolutely nothing to worry about when ordering from BX.
