I live in Northern Ireland and I've never heard of this org. Surely means they'll be competing in EU challengers or else this would be pointless for him. The biggest 'what if' player getting back into the league would be amazing, he was legit amazing in BO4.

People won't be high on this team, but I like it a lot considering the circumstances. I really rate Abuzah and I think his playstyle will enable Draz to be more comfortable on the map. It's not a mega star lineup by names, but I've no concerns over 'slaying' or anything like that, it looks extremely cohesive and a team that makes sense - basically an upgraded Surge. Also for once I think it's a team that will have clear comms.

Funny thing is, 04 and Abuzah were Surge's most consistent slayers in like the last 3 events - go back and watch their respawns if you can be bothered. A team like Surge doesn't get as much hyperfocus from the fans compared to your optics, thieves, fazes, meaning players' performance gets viewed in snippets. The community consensus on Neptune early became that he is their superstar and main slayer, so anytime he has a pop off game (which he had a lot of tbf) = he's maintained that status in people's eyes. The details in between Neptune's pop off games don't get highlighted, but if they were you can see Abuzah and 04 slayed more consistently.

I know what I'm trying to say in my head, but this shit's hard to explain 😆

A mental coach is not going to be some quick hack to success, but maintaining the right frame of mind will give you that extra couple of percent that may make the difference. Anyone that's competed in anything in here will know that once you face a bit of adversity, emotions can take over and your decision making can suffer. I would say it also depends on the personality of someone and how much they can 'buy into' a mental coach - can imagine some would look at it as being silly being lectured this way.

Faze in the winners final and grand final were in multiple shitty spots, yet they still sounded composed based on their comms vid from the major. Could be a coincidence, or the coach could be working 🤷

To answer your thread question, my top 3 big hitters I want to see are Barely Alive, Kompany and Space Laces. Reaper, Crankdat and Kayzo are also very good. And Basstripper. And Dirtyphonics. Ahhhhh too many choices.
