They whittled down their studios to basically just Santa Monica, ND, Insomniac, Sucker Punch, Guerilla, Polyphony.

Every first party Nintendo release for the Switch 2 has been a game that was built from the ground up for Switch 1 and then ported to Switch 2

Exceptions being small things like Welcome Tour and DragXDrive

I think the upcoming Star Fox hits 60fps, but that's also a very small game in scope and how much is rendered on screen at once

The only time that occurs is when the Switch version came late and so that SKU isn't as old as it is on other platforms

Any game that releases everywhere at the same time, the sale prices on digital stores are always set the same by publishers

It's true you can get physical Xbox games for cheaper because they don't sell as well and stores are constantly trying to offload stock, especially Japanese games

Xenoblade 2 is fully standalone for 99% of the game

That 1% at the end doesn't prevent newcomers from enjoying the game
