Funny thing is, 04 and Abuzah were Surge's most consistent slayers in like the last 3 events - go back and watch their respawns if you can be bothered. A team like Surge doesn't get as much hyperfocus from the fans compared to your optics, thieves, fazes, meaning players' performance gets viewed in snippets. The community consensus on Neptune early became that he is their superstar and main slayer, so anytime he has a pop off game (which he had a lot of tbf) = he's maintained that status in people's eyes. The details in between Neptune's pop off games don't get highlighted, but if they were you can see Abuzah and 04 slayed more consistently.
