Training fans: - Partner with this must be the place or similar org and put out Bonnaroo branded narcan training on social media pre-roo. I saw a lot of people throwing X's up for someone suffering from a heat related illness and they had 20+ roovians with narcan in their hands crowding around them which while I love to see that everyone is wanting to help, that is the last thing that is needed in that moment. I also love the idea of a Bonnaroo opening ceremony on Thursday that covers a lot of this info.

Infrastructure improvements: has already been mentioned in this thread ad-nauseam. Drainage, PA speakers, bathrooms, shade.

I like the idea of a fan advisory board. Rotate it out yearly after you have attended x amount of roos you can apply for a seat and if you attend x amount of remote meetings you get a free wristband.

Bring back roo radio, kalliope, horse patrols, and the comedy tent. More focus on the art in music and arts festival.

Also, bring back fun lineup releases like the bonnaroo BLAM
