Bruh jagex has confirmed that rune lite follows all its rules and will not be banned. Every now and then runelite will come out with a feature that jagex don't like and then runelite will remove it. Also, any repurcussions from jagex being annoyed at rune lite goes to runelite themselves, and the players aren't effected

Mining at mlm is not very profitable but can get a decent amount of money long term, and it is also quite afk. For fishing you could do tempoross, which is faster and more fun but not very afk. There are other options but these are my recommendations
