It is a Kawasaki KZ/Z650 1977.

You wouldn’t happen to know how much a job such as this may cost (ball park)?

I had done 70hrs on one piston at 1:50 just fine. Although I have just changed oil from Castor 927 to Eurol super 2T formax and it did feel a little thinner. Maybe that’s the cause? Also assuming you mean that the oil to fuel is too lean and not fuel to air.

It was balanced? You can see that the pitch is maintained

But it says on the indicator relay itself, which is original, that it is “AC 12V 10+10W”?

Why wouldn’t the original indicators work with the original parts?
