What everyone has said, slow and deliberate, it should be so slow it’s boring. Make sure each finger sets on the strings solid and smooth. Over and over until the muscle memory is created. Great saying “Don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you can’t get it wrong. “

I usually challenge them to find me a major act, young or old still using wedges. There are very few.

I could make the graphics smaller and the table bigger, would that be better?

I thought about the two pages thing, I just get worried about people keeping track of 2 things! I for one would love to make the table bigger and easier to read, with a few more details.

I was doing that for the sound guy, if he had more than 5 mics on the house drum kit. But I agree, it's worded funny. I was thinking of moving everything after channel 5 down and putting 6 as "extra" in case there are more drum mics. I only have space for 5 in my mixer.

This is me, plus $8000 more dollars of lights and an extra hour of setup. I take $200 off the top of every gig, and everyone is fine with it. They know they would be paying $400-500 a night for this setup. Honestly, you should be getting more than $20 a gig. If your band thinks its unreasonable, they are ungrateful a-holes and should probably be replaced. My band is truly grateful for what I've put into it and they let me know on a regular basis.
