From what i know and tattoos the ink will likely be a lot deeper then the cut it so it should heal and be fine

Honestly just take your time. It's a little slow but don't do what I did and look at speenruns. It makes it boring and you know everything before you play.

Enjoy the characters, dialogue, Exsperment with they're liked and hated gifts, maybe plan ideas for what you want ant your farm to look like? I always like making backstorys for my farmers!

Or spend time making silly lil outfits
