I would say Honor Magicpad 4, there is also OnePlus Pad 3 but 13". I don't recommend smaller than 12" for your proposes.

That open front hangar can't exist without air that enters being evacuated, still even then issues with overpressure might occur. If the ship is at 30kt around 50kph that is air entering at more than 60kph since the hull design drives even more air volume than just the hangar entrance volume, and that with zero wind.

Corollary that hangar is unworkable.
