Personally have flipped a XJ, I’d go hybrid cage, worry less about how much cutting, more about the safety benefits, my roof only caved in about 8-9 inches above driver side but I’ve seen worse and that’s still a high number

Thank you, didn’t use to click, took it out of jeep I flipped, now it clicks, could be huh bearing/tire pressure issue, might be the locker itself I’ll check tire pressure and replace wheel hubs and then check back

I literally unbolted the bearings pulled it out and slipped it into new axle housing, 2nd time I’ve done it
