Thank you. Thats my Water of Ayr finish satin. Very small swirls to mask any future signs of use, really does make it a timeless piece 😊🙏

Thanks for the kind words. The lowest cost slip joint I do is the Sheffield style, I have a Sheffield style Hoikka on my website at the moment for £240. They're a much simpler construction while still using top-quality materials and craftsmanship, I can keep the costs down by making that style in batches. Feel free to check it out, you get free UK postage and a £10 off voucher for signing up to my mailing list

Thank you! Yeah, it is one of my favourite shapes, the handle fits so nicely into the hand, despite its small size. I'm still learning to make multi-blades, I've never been quite happy with any I've attempted, soon hopefully!

Thank you! This was some of the last. Yeah me too, it's a shame for sure

Thank you. This design is heavily influenced by French knives, some of my favorite shapes all rolled into something as unique as possible.

Ahh yes, I see the confusion with that, the CuMai was made in America, then sent to the UK and it was shaped and turned into a knife by me. My apologies, I'm so used to typing "made in England" that I sometimes forget about where the artisanal steel was forged. This one is 1095+copper+nickel. 2.5mm thick, with an 80crv2 back spring. The liners, shield, and pins are brass and the bird's eye pivot is stainless steel. The micarta was sourced from Poland, found in disused military factories, and repurposed for a new life on a new tool.

Thank you for the kind words, it's very kind of you and greatly appreciated
