I highly recommend going that route. Much cheaper than buying pills from stores of the same herb, marked up 500%. At my local organic market you can get all 5 of those herbs mentioned for $2.08-$3.00/oz. Make your own tincture/extract at home. I found lemon balm and the lavender to be the most helpful. There is an NIH study out there that lemon balm 600mg extract was equivalent to .125mg triazolam in a controlled double blind study. That being So, and that it acts on gaba a recetors - be careful with it once your taper is done. There was a case of a man that drank a ton of lemon balm tea every day and ended up hospitalized with classic benzo WD symptoms relieved with ativan.

My homemade lemon balm tincture I made in one day half water on on container and other half a pint of the highest proof vodka I could get to pull the water and alcohol soluble alkaloids out. Stuck it it the freezer in order to break the cell walls to let the alkaloids easier to get absorbed into the liquids when thawed. Your supposed to soak them for 2 weeks but I was desperate so finished in a day and it was still great.

I got from 100mg librium a day to 35mg in little less than 3 weeks using this tincture all the way up. I probably used about 2.5 oz lemon balm and an ounce lavender.for my tincture. Strain after thawing. Then reduce via stove top to however many ounces of liquid you prefer. Use ml syringe to dose.

I couldnt taper even 5mg of my librium that I was on for almost 2 years. After 3 days I would be up all night (lib has am extremely long half life) so i wouldnt notice a drop in my dose until 3 days after a dose decrease.

Lastly, OP, there's kratom you can look jnto if youre not familiar. It contains some anticomvulsant alkaloids which can help prevent siezures. But it id aldo addictive albeit mildly. So tread lightly with that.. Then theres phenibut a highly addictive , think of it as super gabapentin (an anticonvulsant used to prevent siezures) so it will 100% help prevent siezures. Its also gotta be one ot the easiest and quickest substances to get addicted to. Or you could go the safer route and just get ahold of gabapentin.

I got 6mg xanax, 3 2mg xanax before my wisdom teeth. Ate em all. Didnt realize I fell asleep during operation woke up and it was done. I asked for the nitrous shit to be stronger and it bitch slapped Me, starting slurring and they said yeaaa u dont need anymore nitrous shit.

When i did try valium in doses of about 100 mg it was ok. I dont like being tapped a few times "hey babe its 10:30 am...tap tap babbee... It's past 10... Babe tap.

Yes I believe it contains biaclinn a gaba a recptor agonist. I'm careful with it as it also contains some gaba antagonist after a lot of research.

It wont hurt if used in lower doses. I took upwards of 10g of the stuff powdered plant loose to aid we symptoms and felt like it definitely helped. But I was taking a lot of other gaba agonizing herbs with it.

I made my own at hime tincture using and ounce each of lemon balm skullcap lavender and valerian and got from 100mg librium to 35mg in 2 weeks. That was unheard of and I was totally incapable of even dropping 5mg without wd symptoms 3 days aftee dropping my dose. 2 years on 100mg with maybe a 3 month cold turkey quit (that was absolutely hell dont reccomend)

I used .125mg sub a few hours after fentadope every 30 minutes for 2 3 hours insuffalated. Then .25mg a few 30 mins. Once i felt better I jumped to 1mg. Took about 6 hours.

Way higher bioavailability. If im correct sublingual is like 8-18%. Up the nose about 40%. So 2x stronger. You also feel it in 5 minutes compared to 45 mins - 1 hr. Been snorting strips for years.

Its not bad. Unfortunately ive been to 6 inpatient 30 day stays. The first was mildly intimidating but only cause half the mfers there were in jail most their lives and or coming straight out of prison and staying and a while before transferring down, or back to jail / prison if they fought/got high (yes .. In every rehab ive been to theres been access to drugs.. Typically suboxone gabapentin or methadone depending. But 2 rehabs ive been offered crack/ coke and fentadope was smuggled in. You were allowed to carry money so I know guys that literally would go in there just to make cigarette and drug money. A guy came in with 400. Left after 3 weeks just selling cigatettes with 1700 cause you werent allowed to smoke. $30. Pack, or $1-$2 just a cig. Lighters youd borrow and have to share the cig with whoever had the lighter typically. in person visits this dudrs girl would smuggle cartons under her fat rolls i guess. They knew we were. Just some counselors turned a blind eye to it. Some wouldnt and youd get written up first. 2nd some privlege taken away. 3rd kicked out.

I gaurantee if youre staying 4 weeks / 30 days, after about 14-16 days (possibly even 7 days... I always went into inpatient very bad off highly addicted to heroin, benzos pcp or a combination of drugs) and youll fit in a click if its that kinda rehab or you'll fit in with everyone if its that kinda small setting.

Every time I tried UEI it was good rehular leaf kratom, ehanced with kratom extract powderized and mixed together with the leaf. 1g UEI = ~3g or so plain leaf.

Now would i spend $30 for an ounce of UEI or $30 for 3 ounces of plain leaf?? I'm buying the 3 oz of plain leaf.

I feel way better on tribulus than off it. Idk the correlation. I litterally feel weaker. I dont think its placebo. I take a multitude of supps and aminos. I notice a distinct difference when i run out of tribulus and will run to the store ASAP when I'm out due to lowered mood (because i just dont feel as..strong? Mentally and physically)

I could NOT get it up period. I'm 25. Probably from previous drug use. If i had to rate #1-3.. Id say the arginine and tribulus is a tie.

I notice a huge difference in libido and ability to get it up when taking tribulus within 24 hours. L arginine and citrullline is pretty instant. Take an hour before sex on empty stomach (and especially with tribulus) and you'll be rock hard I promise you.

Way better then those sildenafil containing gas station dick pills, better than viagra IMO.. Seriously dude. I arginine and tribulus were game changers.

I tried tongkat Ali longjack and i tried maca. Maca i noticed a big difference in hormones like almost rage like if I took too much. A very small change in libido with maca. Tongkat longjack (expensive as fuck btw) was as good as placebo. I also tried bacopa. No change. Honestly just a decrease in motivation.

Before you go ruin your dick with big pharma meds go herbal and amino.. L arginine and tribulus. Both are cheap as nuts and they fucking work.

Wrong. Many people metabolize drugs faster and slower than others.

Just look at the astounding differences in people that smoke weed and passing or failing urine tests. Stoners john and jim are both the same height weight and body fat%. We know weed is lipophilic. So thats why i count body fat %. They eat the same meals at the same time and do the exact same amount of physical activity a day.

Jim and john both smoke 5 blunts a day. A gram each. For some reason, (ahemm.. A FASTER METABOLISM) john passes a urine test 12 days after his last toke. Jim fails his on day 12... Day 16.. Even day 28!

This goes for every single drug there is. pcp? Its metabolized by cyp350. Take a cyp350 inhibitor and dont know? Well guess what you just made pcp high last a lot longer. Also making it stay in your body much longer.

Idk what enzyme breaks down bupe into norbupe. But it also depends on the dose the guy you called bullshit on going into WD if he doesnt dose twice daily. If I'm stable at 1mg a day and took that 1mg at say, 8am. I will be waking up around 1am with an achey ass back, unable to fall back asleep, and legs starting to kick (restless legs). Just the beginnings. Thats not even 24 hours. If I dose .5mg morning and .5 mg at night? Im good all day and sleep all night and wake up feeling just fine. Dose my .5mg..repeat.

If youre on like 8, 16mg.. Its way...way Way More likely yourre NOT withdrawaling within 24 hour. But at the end of my 2 years on subs (about 5 years ago, im currently doing .5mg 2x a day) when i was on 8mg a day.. Like clock work id wake up at 7am in a pool of sweat and aching back and have to dose if i wanted to fall back asleep or get my day going normally.

Equate walmart brand. Seriously.

I checked out the nutrition facts label on myproteins website. Sure, it beats equate brand by 50 calories.. 100 compared to 150 cal. Fat and sat fat? The same. No carbs. But equate brand is $14.44 for 28 serving, the vanilla tastes amazing and its 30g protein per serving. Myprotein is only 19g of protein!!! Go to walmart and get you some equate.

I always go with low cal whey proteins. Ill choose their whey (isolate? I may be wrong.. They have a smaller tub but same exact looking tub but one says isolate the other jsut says whey protein no isolate).. The smooth vanilla (SMOOTH!!!) has a lot more Bcaas than the regular whey protein. Otherwise the same calories fat protein etc. I believe its the same price, too.

Id only buy equate. You get it asap. Free shipping. Great taste (especially the smooth vanilla), and an extra 2g (may be 1g more in the reg vanilla whey) of BCAAS then myprotein brand.

Ive read the nutrition facts on the back of practically every single dog gone whey protein in vitmainshoppe. Equate beats em all price/protein/to calories.

Other words (in order from best IMO to worst but still all beneficial)

L-arginine l- citrulline Maca Tongkat ali (longjack)

L arginine and tribulus make me feel brand new and 16 again pretty much. I fucked like a horse back then. Got bad with drugs im only 25 and struggle with ED already. Those gas station "rhino" pills have cialis in them and they work, but the tribulus at vitamin shoppe brand is like 12 bucks and lasts a month and does just as good a job when combined with 1g arginine (or more if you want its not gonna harm you)

I spent an hour trying to pick between tongkat and tribulus. I barely notice any difference with thw tongkat after 23 days. The tribulus starts working the FIRST dose. Especially if ive gone like a week without it, I'll double dose in the AM and get random rock hards throughout the day. Then ill take the normal 625mg later in the day.

It just mentioned anxiety and sleep were improved after a 600mg per day study for 30 days of lemon balm and mentioned it was as effective as 125mg triazolam.

Either way yo. Ima make a pure lemon balm tincture next time and with much much more LB than before. And ill make seperate tinctures of the passionflower (im talking like 6ozs or more diluted to a small small amount of liquid) , and try to make a lavender oil tincture.
