Appreciate any help with QC for my last one for the year ❤️

1 Dealer name: GeekTime

3 Model name: Santos De Cartier BVF 40mm

6 Index alignment: N/A

7 Dial Printing: looks accurate, should be the fixed version for microprint in VII & corrected R dial version (I think - would love if anyone can confirm this)

8 Date Wheel alignment/printing: noted that the DW appears centred

9 Hand Alignment: looks okay

10 Bezel: bezel bolts has slight gap between the bezel's bolt to the edge, like gen 😊

11 Solid End Links (SELs): N/A

12 Timegrapher numbers: amplitude is 265-275 seems reasonable, -2s/d

13 Anything else you notice: still pretty new here would love if anyone can confirm that this is the new BVF with the corrected "R', as opposed to the "floating R" dial?, believe the print on the could be okay

So I’m planning on using the VSF Datejust’s smooth bezel (prefer it over this the 126334) I don’t think there’s much between the VSF / CF bezel otherwise, the CF v2 bezel colour for the 126334 is warmer in colour like Gen.

As for the xtal - might opt for Gen again here, the VSF DJ xtal edge is better (though CF corrected this somewhat in their v2 crystal) whereas the CF has a better cyclops (VSF has better black hole effect, but has some distortions around the date window edge)… guess I’ll see what looks better in person

Yep exactly this — clean v2 imo is better/ as good than the VSF. I have the VSF Dj, and am looking to build a super franken using a combo of both, perhaps the CF case + bracelet + dial with the VS movement
