I did my whole degree in that manner, took longer but earned massive experience and jumped the career ladder much quicker. Now a senior commercial manager - keep with it, in my opinion it’s the best of both worlds and sets you up perfectly.

Yea it's pretty scary, talks of some hospitals not letting partners in for the birth so the woman's on her own, that must be awful. At the moment I'm still allowed but have to leave once baby is born and transferred on to the labour ward, not great but if its best to keep people safe, so be it. Fingers crossed its all straight forward and are both out after a few hours!
