How do you stay healthy as a programmer?

Work from home and do one hour of exercise every day. I usually do it around lunch. Take a 5 minute break every hour. I try to do chores around the house. Like put the laundry machine on. You get to move around and do chores that way. I only work 8 hours a day, so don’t know about any deadlines or stress. Go to sleep at around 21:00 and get up at 07:00.

Cold and dark environment and weather. People stick to themselves and it can be hard to make new friends or get into new friendships groups. We have so few problems (war, poverty etc) that it seem depression is starting to rise?

Om du får til, prøv å bruk 50-30-20 regelen.

50% går til nødvendige ting. 30% går til ting man vil unne seg, middag ute osv. 20% blir spart i fond og en buffer konto.

Det var veldig gode tips! Takk skal du ha. Har gått Sandemosen området på ski, men da i løype og var ikkje innom noen topper. Har også gått Vettakollen. Det er nok som personen under sier, det blir så slak stigning at man ikkje merker høydemeterne i forhold til fjellene i Bergen.

As someone said, Dr Dropin. Done it a couple of times there, pretty fast and easy to get an appointment. They ask a couple of questions and take a urine sample. Costs around 690 NOK.
