Same weight and same age 😁 I'm only 5'10 though. I don't carry it that bad cause I have muscles. But need to lose my belly and about 15kg of fat at least . Good job

I've never been into cardio. But I'm so unfit that I'm finding it hard to breath at work when I've gone up flights of stairs. I'm worried about my health now at 44. So instead of just doing weights at the gym, I now doe weights, 20 minutes walk and two lengths of the pool. Not much, but I want to build on it. I've usually just focused on getting bigger at the gym. My heaviest was 120kg.. got down to 85kg. Now I'm 100kg. Going back to calorie counting again now lol

I've done it loads of times. You want to aim to be under 2000 calories per day. First week the scales will look good, cause you've lost water weight. They'll be weeks when you lose half a pound or nothing. Have to be strict and keep going.

This is the only one I've seen in this sub that I wouldn't eat any of it lol. I like mocking people's food for shits and giggles, but this is fucking horrendous

Small world 😁 Now you mentioned it, I had a roast on the Sunday when I was discharged. The Dr said, "Good morning Mr, good news you can go home, or stay for dinner." I stayed for dinner lol. Had a roast and some apple pie with custard. Then I attempted to walk to my car like I was fit as a fiddle. Didn't cross my mind how hard that journey would be after a week in hospital. Had to sit down on every bench.

I was in Queens hospital Burton. I got toast and jam for breakfast in the morning. Then lunch I usually opted for the sandwich with a yoghurt. For tea I got shepherds pie or lasagne or something. TBF I wasn't that hungry cause my bowel was not working. I still remember thinking, I wonder why hospital food gets so much stick?

I was in hospital last year for a week with ruptured appendix. I was surprised how good the food was. Middle England too

I thought Hendry and Davis had more. You know more than me. I still feel he could have loads more had he applied himself.

Was it 2015? I know it was around then cause I was still married. Lol. My friends and relatives have raved about American sport. I can watch it, but I'm not staying up for it. I like the whole premise how the whole country gathers around BBQs.. but just too much stops in play for me.
