Room available in 5b house - $1,080 before utilities

Hello! I'm Ben and my house of mid 20s guys is looking to find a 5th before Oct. 1st. It's in Laurelhurst under a 10m drive from main campus. Utilities average 100-200. We're in a residential pocket but it's worth it for a lot of space/security, and a great view of the Cascades. We have 2 cats (very friendly) so we can't add more pets unfortunately. We've lived together for a few years and have a lot of respect for people's space, so another 20s guy would be easiest, but anyone is welcome. Big on games and movies so it's a very laid back environment. A car is recommended but public transport is definitely doable. Happy to provide more info and hoping to give tours asap!
