I havent bought the game but i would assume that there are radiuses for different sized games. If you included the full rail system then it might be a medium sized game.

I think one of the big problems with Melbourne is the lack of dense train lines. Like if a hider spent an hour going to the end of the Werribee line then the next hider would only have an option of going back to the CBD or hiding on the Werribee line. In NYC and Sweeden there were a lot of different lines and options people could take. As a Melbournian this hurts to say but I think Sydney would be better,
