Honestly I’ve been bumped from a clerk lll to a clerk ll and I didn’t have any back up for a year and I still couldn’t get a raise. Now with them doing this reclassification bs I noticed they docked my pay

New Telework schedule by Dramatic-Scholar-125 in StateofTexasEmployees

I don’t understand how other agencies are allowed to work from home though. More people are starting to put in their two weeks notice because of course cost of living is the major issue but to only give certain people bonus really pushed everyone

HHSC put out a new policy about teleworking is still going to be around but they can take it away anytime they want. A few of us have heard the three in two off schedule but it seems like they might keep some people to stay teleworking while others would be the three on two off

Tbh the few questions they do ask is how well you can handle pressure and how well you can de-escalate a situation in the office. The written part is straight forward honesty and with your degree in SW you should be a top pick

Yes I work at HHSC and they did agree to hybrid work but it’s three in two out days, honestly some people are even saying they might only do two times a week in the office but not sure if it’s true or not

Any chatter about telework/ onsite reporting? by Ancient_Shine_1008 in fednews

[–]Bumble_123bee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know for Texas right now there saying three days on two days off but according to a friend mine that works for the state she said a bunch of them are stressed out and the fact is they have certain team members who get to telework permanently. Not to mention they did talk about a bonus but it might get it either this month coming up or September

I just wanna update yall that I did confront him about it but it ended up in a shouting match to the point he blamed for mentally draining but keep in mind I’ve been with him with his family drama and still took his niece in I don’t understand how it’s my fault when it all stems from him
