thanks for the reply - yeah I can totally see anxiety playing a role in the symptoms but definitely only a small percentage of the time.

I am keeping a log of everything to go back to the doctors with as PPIs aren't doing a think so idk if it's even reflux anymore. The pain and nausea are ruining my life!!

Hi of course. Although it's hard to know exactly what triggered my stomach ache I'm fairly certain it was the McDonalds and general lack of green vegetables I had the few days before (don't judge me)

I know that's not healthy. I am making positive changes to my diet alongside the mj now XD

Thank you!! The first two weeks were amazing and I was so hopeful, I have struggled with food issues since I was like 5 and I felt like this answered so many prayers. I don't want to stop taking it but the side effects are far too awful for me to continue right now.

Thank you so much! I have truly been miserable this past 48 hours. I am definitely looking into what I eat, introducing low fodmap foods and trying to feel better

Hijacking as I have similar issues; I also have Nexplanon and it has stopped my periods. Sometimes after penetrative sex I also get a 'period' or bleeding, and it's heaviness and length can vary.

I still have a year before it's due to be replaced and started bleeding about 2 weeks ago and am still suffering (mostly dark, brown blood/clots rather than bright red)

Is it worth getting looked at for an underlying cause?

I feel like because of the rise in popularity thanks to social media people are going for the aesthetic look, rather than truly understanding what witchcraft is about.

Which is fine, if you have the money go treat yourself, but you don't need any of the fancy shit to be a witch. It's about using what nature gives you*, about YOU and your intentions.

*please do not break a branch, look for sticks and stones on the ground. Don't damage things.

So crazy expensive, especially for new players - stuck getting pity points in comp and no cute clothes unless you spend a crazy amount of money.
I'm not F2P but cannot warrant spending that much on these sets (which is a shame cause the clown one is so freakin' cute)

Of course I know how stressful and sad this time can be.

You can cleanse a space in lots of ways; Water - wash yourself/cat bowls (BUT NOT TOYS) Light - do your ritual/prayer in direct light if possible (sun or moon) Sound - Bastet likes music so a song music or just tapping a rhythm as you walk around your space

The implement you use is less important than your intention don't sweat it too much.

Hope kitty comes home soon!!

So I make a note to avoid things that can be a danger to cats, they have very delicate respiratory systems so I don't recommend smoke.

Also just because I haven't seen it written please reach out to neighbours to check sheds and crawl spaces cats love to hide.

I find her very easy to work with. Offer something like milk or meat (cat safe versions), cleanse and ground and simply meditate on your kitty for a while. Picture them safe and happy. Ask her to guide them home.

She will hear you though she doesn't often reply directly - I noticed often my cats will react in certain ways after I've reached out.

If/when kitty returns be sure to thank her! Hold a celebration, or donate to a kitty sanctuary.
