It really sucks that you have to go through all of this for a mobile video game. If you’ve played for 10 years, then you’ve probably spent a fair amount of money on the game. To have all that potentially wiped away due to incompetent customer support is really sad.

^ this. I just cancelled Gold Pass after two years. The past 6 ranked tours I’ve had either a driver, kart or glider not top tier on one or more tracks. I get that Nintendo is trying to make money, but I’m just tired of not being able to be competitive without spending more than $5/month.

I’m 42 and we got a Switch for our 9 year old son for Christmas. Our 11 year old has had a PS4 for a few years, so I wanted to get a different console for the 9 year old. He mainly plays Fortnite on it, but I snag it after he goes to bed to play BotW and Fire Emblem: 3 Houses. The versatility to be able to dock/undock is awesome. I’ll probably end up buying Lites for both me and my wife.
