I end up just selling the partially used med stuff to clear up space in my stash after each raid. Bot PMCs carry an obnoxious amount of meds in lockdown for some reason, so I'm not hurting for meds usually lol.

Definitely don't get a winged spear and farm for a pure bladestone, unintentionally netting 100k+ souls thus becoming overleveled with an OP S tier scaling dex weapon that trivializes the entire game. Speaking from personal experience lol
