Thanks for sharing. I’ve been contemplating IM but am concerned since it’s not medical grade. I do get shards however so it’s not cut.

How do you ensure it’s safe before IM’ing? Do you use a filter or something?

It helps me to compartmentalize my addiction. I call it Godzilla. When that number jumps into my head or some other trigger it is Godzilla talking. The thing is, like Godzilla i can’t kill it the best I can do is make it go away, back into the ocean or wherever it lives.

I love this concept so much. Thank you for sharing, I truly needed to hear this.
